Great Britain: changes to the procedure for transits from 1 August

From 1 August 2022, operators will no longer be able to enter a Transit Movement Reference (TMR) number in a Goods Movement Reference (GMR) for an outbound transit movement from Great Britain, unless they are an Authorised Consignor or Consignee (ACC).
