The group’s QHSE policy sets out its ambitions and objectives in the field of workplace Health and Safety, and primarily in preventing and controlling occupational risks.
Our Health and Safety objectives are:
Develop a preventive approach to managing accident and workplace-incident risks
Fight occupational diseases
Empower and involve all internal and external stakeholders to achieve HSE objectives
Improve our capability to respond to emergency and crisis situations
DIMOTRANS Group and its temp agency partners have put in place shared-responsibility charters and agreements. We also inspect and assess our subcontractors to ensure they comply with the same safety instructions as those observed within DIMOTRANS Group.
Besides working to prevent the workplace-accident risks inherent to DIMOTRANS Group’s business, we have reinforced our internal Human Resources policy to enhance the daily experience of the group’s employees and ensure a respectful and pleasant work environment.
We are attentive to our staff’s wellbeing and listen to their professional and personal concerns. This social dialogue is strengthened by close collaboration with the unions to facilitate bottom-up feedback.
